1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
It was fantastic. First time I’ve been on an organised tour and the attention to detail from all Inside Japan staff was impressive. The tour delivered exactly what was promised a taster of all Japan’s highlights but it was so much more than just that. The experience of having a knowledgeable guide and consultant made everything better and really took our time in Japan to the next level of enjoyment. The holiday’s sights and experiences still resonate with me, even three weeks later. I might be back home but my head and a fair bit of my heart are still in Japan. Definitely going back in the future.

Brandon was brilliant. Nothing was ever too much trouble but also he really gelled with the group and his excitement and enthusiasm really shone through. He was flexible and adaptable too, allowing the itinerary to be changed to suit the group’s wishes and still did it all with a smile and genuine wish to make our time in Japan the best it could be.

Every question I asked was answered with thought and knowledge. Ali helped to create a smooth bookings process and suggested great ideas for my add on adventures. They helped reassure me about travelling with a disabled partner because of their first hand knowledge.

Honestly delightful. The quality of the restaurants we went to and the dishes suggested was superb. I particularly liked how the cycle tour in Osaka turned into a gastronomical experience. You need to make more of that Sid elf the tour. It was fabulous.

The quality of the experience. I may book a tour or I may try your self guided tours as I feel the depth of detail is excellent and I know I’d get comprehensive advice and help to create my own personal experience.
